After you’ve placed your order:
1) Order Confirmation Email: An order confirmation email will be sent to you with all the essential information. This indicates that your order has been entered into our system.
2) We Contact US-Based Suppliers Automatically: We pre-authorize your payment method and prepare your shipment.
3) Ship and Deliver in 5-7 Days: Unless otherwise mentioned for specific products, we process charges to your payment method and ship and deliver in 5-7 days (from the shipment date). If the product is immediately available*, this is the case.
4) Tracking Information Released: Your tracking information is emailed to you.

*Some more oversized items (ATVs, go-karts, custom scooters, wheelchairs, etc.) will take more than 5-7 business days to examine and ship via a particular freight carrier. These products’ descriptions usually include an updated shipping ETA. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times. We have no control over unanticipated delivery delays caused by shipping firms (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Exceptions to the Shipping Policy

No shipping to PO Boxes: Due to the large size of our products, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Unless otherwise noted on certain products, no overnight or expedited shipping is available.

Pickup: Some products can be picked up at a reduced price directly from our warehouses. These pickups are not considered “free shipping” because they are not shipped but picked up by customers using their vehicles.

Lift-gate Services: On the majority of our larger products, we give complimentary lift-gate services; nevertheless, some products are excluded. Any additional lift-gate charges for banned products are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us if you require any other information here.

1) Authorization to Return Within 15 days of receiving the product: Please send us an email so that we can set up a return authorization.

2) The product must be new and resellable. Condition: The item must be in its original packaging (no damaged items).

3) The tracking number for the return must be provided.

Buyer’s Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment: Order Has Shipped, Buyer’s Remorse Return, or Refusing A Shipment:

->Return shipping and delivery (outbound) charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

->Restocking cost of at least 15% unless the shipment is damaged.

All of our products are packed safely and securely. It’s possible that the packaging could be dented during shipping, but don’t worry; the internal contents will be acceptable.

1) When the product arrives, please verify the package.

2) We no longer have the authority to make a claim with the shipping carrier once the merchandise has been delivered and signed for (standard US shipping procedure).

3) Anything after that will be considered a comeback.

Usually, product photos and specs may differ from the actual product.

Some products may require assembly or minor adjustments/modifications/fixes to the customer’s satisfaction.

A handbook or video resources will be provided for those that require assembly.

Professional assembly/expertise may be necessary depending on the customer’s experience and ability; professional assembly/expertise may be required. Please keep in mind that will not pay or reimburse any labor or service fees if:

1) The product is taken to a specialist for evaluation.

2) The customer chooses to adapt, modify, or repair the product utilizing warranty and non-warranty parts.


Any guarantees that come with your product(s):

2) The manufacturer or distributor can then be contacted. It’s essential to keep informed about any warranty procedures that are carried out. is responsible for resolving any issues following our policies and those of the manufacturer/distributor. However, because each case is unique, we cannot guarantee that the buyer will always be satisfied.

We can discuss any warranty issues with the customer and work together to address them.

Order Hasn’t Shipped (Regular Products): Cancellations Order Hasn’t Shipped (Regular Products):
->Orders under $2000 will be charged a $25 admin fee per item if canceled.
->Orders over $2000 will be charged a 5% admin fee of the total order value if canceled.

An order has not yet been shipped (custom built-to-order items):
-> Product in the works: If an order is canceled, a 5% admin fee of the order amount is charged, excluding discounts.
-> Product has been completed: when withdrawn, 50% of the original order value, excluding discounts.

Our products are 99 percent regular. Custom-made items such as standing wheelchairs, specific electric cycles, and recumbent trikes are exceptions.

The admin charge covers the human resources hours spent preparing your goods, which is usually rather considerable. You will not be charged any fees if the Product is not in stock (unless it is a pre-order).


1) All refunds will be sent to the same credit card, Paypal account, or payment method account used to make the purchase.

2) Processing time is 1-2 business days (standard processing time).
